All Board of Education meetings are open for the public to attend, except Executive Sessions, which are closed to the public.

Washington County Board of Education meetings are generally held on the third Monday of each month (with some exceptions) at 6:00 p.m. at the Washington County TEL Center. ***Special-called meetings are announced at least 24 hours before the meeting.

To report your child absence, you may call your child's school to speak with the attendance clerk/school secretary, or you may email your child's school attendance clerk/school secretary.

Cash or check can be sent to school with the child. Please place in an envelope with student name and write cafeteria on the outside. Parents may also create an account on *MySchoolBucks and make deposits into their child’s account.

You can access your child's grades and monitor their progress by creating an account on Infinite Campus. Contact your child's school to receive the activation key. Then visit this link: Infinite Campus, enter the activation key and complete registration.

Specific dates and times are not set in the spring until after the threat of wintry weather has passed and all make-up days have been confirmed. When dates are set, they are announced on each school’s Facebook page, the district Facebook page, district and school websites, and are also released to local media.

To request your transcript, please contact the guidance office at WCHS at (859)-336-5475. Requests for transcripts require a 24-hour notice. Transcript fee is $3.00 . You may also use Parchment to order transcripts, however, the cost may be more, and the process will take longer - one week or more.

The application for Washington County Virtual School for the SPRING SEMESTER of the 2025-2026 school year is now closed. The application for the next semester will open in the summer. Any student in grades 6-12, including current homeschool students living in Washington County, may apply. For questions, parents may email Chad Willis at chad.willis@washington.kyschools.us.

To sign up to receive communication (calls/texts/emails/alerts) through ParentSquare, please contact your child's school to confirm your contact info is up to date in Infinite Campus. You will receive an invitation from ParentSquare to join.

Students must be eligible - grades and attendance will be checked. Parents or students must pick up School Compliance Verification form from Washington County High School. The form will be filled out and sealed by a school official. The form must then be taken to a driver testing location. Appointments are required for both written and road tests.
